Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our platform provides instant digital downloads, proprietary educational materials, and personalized professional consulting, we maintain a clear policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

By purchasing any course, program, or service on www.hypobuilt.com, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

All online training programs, pre-recorded videos, digital learning materials, and downloadable guides are considered digital products.

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: Because digital content is instantly accessible and can be consumed or downloaded immediately upon payment, all sales of online courses and digital resources are strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable.

  • Once your payment via our gateway is verified and your login credentials or materials are dispatched, you are not eligible for a return or store credit under any circumstances.

2. Personalized Career Services and Consultation

For live, hands-on, or customized career services—including resume writing, resume reviews, 1:1 interview coaching, career counseling, and targeted outreach consultations:

  • Service Non-Refundability: Once our sole proprietor or an assigned industry lead commences manual work on your profile (such as reading your background information or starting a resume teardown), or once a 1:1 booking window has been locked in, the service is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling Guidelines: If you have booked a live 1:1 mock interview or assessment session, you may request a reschedule by emailing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Failure to attend your scheduled session without a 24-hour prior notice will result in the forfeiture of that session without any refund or replacement.

3. Order Cancellations

  • User-Initiated Cancellations: Users cannot cancel an order once the transaction is successful and access to the portal or digital asset is initiated.

  • Platform-Initiated Cancellations: Hypobuilt reserves the right to cancel your enrollment and terminate your platform access without a refund if you violate our Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing your user account credentials with others, distributing our proprietary course materials, or engaging in abusive behavior).

4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

In the event that an error occurs during checkout resulting in a duplicate payment or an accidental overcharge:

  • Reporting Window: Please notify us immediately at contact@hypobuilt.com within 48 hours of the accidental transaction. Provide your name, mobile number, registered email, and the transaction reference ID.

  • Resolution Process: Once verified through our payment aggregator backend, any legitimate duplicate payment will be automatically reversed to your original payment source (bank account, debit card, or UPI profile) within 5 to 7 business days, in strict compliance with standard banking timelines.
